Withdrawal & Refund Policy

Velura is supplied immediately as a digital download. Before checkout, you must expressly consent to immediate supply and acknowledge the loss of your right of withdrawal when supply begins. Where all applicable legal conditions have been met, including confirmation of your consent on a durable medium, there is no change-of-mind refund after supply begins.

Your mandatory consumer rights remain. If the plug-in is faulty, not delivered or not as described, contact support. Include your order number, Windows version, DAW, steps to reproduce the issue and any relevant error messages or screenshots. We may request reasonable information to investigate; this does not restrict statutory rights or change the legal burden of proof. A remedy may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or refund as required by law.

Where withdrawal rights remain

If the legal conditions for losing the withdrawal right have not been met, you normally have 14 days from concluding the contract to notify us of withdrawal, subject to mandatory law. Send an unambiguous statement by email or post using the contact details below. You can also use our withdrawal contact form. Where a refund is due, it is returned using the original payment method, without undue delay and within the legally required period.
